Our Founder’s Story
What started out as a place to escape for founder Toni Miller turned into a place for people to gather, celebrate and embrace nature. After experiencing the stress of venue hunting herself 8 years ago, Toni’s passion is to continue to make the wedding and event venue shopping a more fun and joyful experience.
Toni Miller is the visionary owner of Mill Pond Estate, an outdoor wedding and events venue featuring 18 acres of untouched natural beauty in the Tampa Bay area. Her love for nature has become the driving force behind the venue, reflecting her commitment to providing couples with an enchanting backdrop for their weddings and creatives with an inspiring space for capturing content, all while maintaining her dedication to sustainability.

Raised in Barbados, Toni's journey led her to the United States at the age of 18, where she pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communications at the University of Tampa, kickstarting a 12-year career in advertising and marketing.
Beyond her professional achievements, Toni's compassion extends to her love for animals, demonstrated through her volunteer work at Tampa sanctuaries. She has also achieved recognition in equestrian competitions with her horse, Bounty. And despite a world fueled by coffee, her morning ritual involves sipping hot chocolate, a testament to her individuality and penchant for the sweet things in life.
Toni’s story is one of resilience, passion, and a deep connection to creating a more sustainable and natural world. Through Mill Pond Estate, she invites others to share in the magic of her vision, where love, creativity, and the beauty of nature converge to create unforgettable moments.
