Mill Pond Estate is an outdoor wedding venue for stylish dreamers and romantics. Located on 18 acres, 20 minutes east of Tampa Bay, FL, you'll fall in love with our open-air venues surrounded by untouched beauty. We serve ALL couples and especially connect with those who value quality experiences, natural spaces and creating a memorable celebration for those they love.

Please note that Mill Pond Estate is our home – we are not a commercial wedding venue. We consciously host a limited number of weddings each year so we can put our focus on you. Our clients usually have an overall wedding budget of $20,000+ have a professional wedding planner (happy to make a referral!) and secure event insurance. With this in mind if you think we are a good fit for your wedding plans, we would love for you to schedule a tour with us. We feel honored to share our space with you!

The Flower Garden

The perfect spot for small ceremonies, elopements, and cocktail hours for up to 50 people.

Explore winding paths through flower beds overflowing with gorgeous annuals and perennials. Cut flower beds, two towering oak trees, and a beautiful glass greenhouse create an image of simplicity and elegance your guests won’t soon forget.

The Lily Pond

Featuring a dock overlooking the pond with space for your altar while up to 150 guests are seated in the surrounding grass meadow.

Enjoy the graceful sway of weeping bottle brush trees and the calming magic of our water lilies. Their tranquility will set the cornerstone for the joyous years ahead.

The Broken Oak

Available for morning and afternoon wedding ceremonies of up to 150 people.

Say your vows under the whimsical branches of this centuries-old oak. This sprawling oak tree is a magnificent show of nature’s strength. Its roots are a reminder of the ones you’ll grow together.

The Grand Meadow

Ideal for dazzling tented receptions and dining under the stars.

The celebration continues under our stunning 80X40 sailcloth tent. This creates the perfect blank canvas for showcasing your unique style while offering respite from any Florida raindrops.
