Where to Stay

Hard Rock

A popular (and fun!) place to stay while having your wedding in Tampa is the Hard Rock! Featuring both the West and East Towers, the Hard Rock in Tampa has no shortage of guest rooms. And if you feel like getting pampered pre-wedding (who doesn’t!?), the hotel also features a spa & salon. Don’t forget about the casino, too, for some post-reception partying!

JW Marriott

Another great spot to stay in Tampa is the JW Marriott Tampa. Close to airport (about 15 minutes) and right next to the Tampa Riverwalk, it’s a prime location for being close to everything Tampa has to offer. The hotel also features a full service spa, pool, and on-site restaurant.

Where to Eat

The Dan

For a trip back in time, check out The Dan, located in Hotel Floridian. Inspired by the Roaring Twenties, it’s a modern take on an old-school speakeasy. The Dan would be perfect to host a wedding rehearsal dinner, offering space for parties for 12-20 guests!

Barterhouse

Another cool spot for fine food and curated cocktails is Barterhouse. Featuring a speakeasy-inspired bar with local brews, fine wine, and classic 1940s with a modern twist. They also have private dining - perfect for hosting a wedding rehearsal dinner.

What to Do

A major attraction of Tampa is the Tampa Riverwalk. Featuring 35 points of interest along the way with things like the Native American Cenotaph, Heroes Plaza, the Jose Gasper, multiple restaurants, waterfront activities and more. It’s a great way to spend some time pre or post-wedding relaxing and exploring the city!
